The 5204P-010 is a pioneering timepiece in Patek Philippe’s history as one of the timepieces to feature the first in-house caliber that featured a perpetual calendar and split-seconds chronograph functionality. The 5204P-010 has a round-shaped case that is 40mm in diameter with an exhibition case back, a sapphire crystal and a fixed bezel. The dial is silver-toned with three sub-dials, three-date windows, platinum index hour markers, and platinum hands. The 5204P-010 is powered by the CHR 29-535 PS Q which is manually wound and has a perpetual calendar, day/night indication, moon phase functionality, a split-seconds chronograph and a power reserve of 65 hours. The case is paired with a black leather bracelet that has a platinum fold-over clasp. It has a water resistance of 30 meters (98 feet).
