The 116758SA is powered by the self-winding 3186 caliber that has date functionality and a power reserve of up to 50 hours. The case is paired with a yellow gold oyster bracelet, that has a center link bedecked in diamonds and a fold-over clasp. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).
